The ERC (Education Robot Center) lab is an international cutting-edge laboratory of the Electrical Engineering Department of the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). Our laboratory includes international students from across the world and multiple international collaborations. ERC is dedicated to developing various robots, including humanoid robots, with a focus on their applications in industry, real-world uses, robot competitions, and athletics.

Our research team is dedicated to high-level research across various fields, including Robotics design and development, Control, Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM). At the Robot Education Center, we are committed to exploring new frontiers in the field of robotics and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Our research is focused on the latest technologies and techniques in humanoid robotics, with a particular emphasis on creating robots that can perform magic shows, compete as athletes, and exhibit human-like behavior.
